Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Attorney Recruitment Coordinator to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling the coordination and scheduling for all non-partner lateral attorney recruitment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience developing initiatives for hiring, onboarding and integration of lateral attorneys, while also maintaining the ATS. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- Law experience, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
The salary range for this role is $73k-$89k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
