Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Benefits & Wellness Consultant to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience administering benefits, specifically, healthcare, retirement, work-life, and wellness policies, while supporting employees in the US, Bermuda and Canada. This candidate will have experience managing the day-to-day benefits operations, assisting with leave of absences, and assisting with communication materials. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Human Capital or equivalent practical experience, required.
- 5+ years of progressive benefits/wellness administration experience for plans in the U.S, required.
- Professional services experience, required.
- Proven ability to partner with vendors, brokers and consultants.
- Excellent project management skills.
The pay rate for this role is $40-$44.50/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
