Our client a prominent non-profit organization, is seeking a versatile and collaborative Director of Labor and Employee Relations to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing employee and labor relations strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, alleviating labor risks, overseeing investigations, and collaborating with legal counsel. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (JD, MA, MS a plus).
- 10+ years of labor/employee relations experience, required.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership position, required.
- Non-profit or mission-driven organization experience, highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act.
- Experience in collective bargaining, highly preferred.
The salary range for this position is $130k-$150k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
