- 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Capital, or Employment Law, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, required.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to craft policies, design frameworks, and lead cross-functional implementation projects.
The hourly rate for this role is $120-$166/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
