Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Consultant to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading headcount planning processes, a strong understanding of Anaplan, and detailed experience with workforce planning strategies. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, required.
- 8+ years of experience, required.
- Experience as an Anaplan business user or system administrator, highly preferred.
- Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, or related disciplines.
The hourly rate for this role is $45-$60/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
