Our client, a fast-growing investment firm, is seeking a polished, professional, and entrepreneurial HR Technology Lead to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have detailed Workday experience, including full-cycle implementation and hands-on configuration experience in HCM, recruiting, performance management, core & advanced compensation, and absence management. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, required.
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology and system implementation.
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment, required.
- Deep Workday expertise, required.
The salary range for this role is $160k-$220k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
