Our client, a prominent luxury construction company, is seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent HR Manager to join their Long Island City team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of HR, including but not limited to, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of HR experience, required.
- Previous construction or professional services experience, required.
- Knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices, highly preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $65/hr-$70/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
