The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll, benefits, HRIS, immigration, and compliance. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in processing and managing payroll, as well as in managing benefits plans, collaborating with benefits and HRIS vendors, and handling immigration matters while maintaining compliance. - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or related field, required.
- 5+ years of experience in human capital operations, required.
- Financial services or professional services experience, highly preferred.
- High attention to detail, required.
The salary range for this role is $120k-$140k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
