- 7+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in corporate functions, required.
- Prior experience working in a financial services organization, required.
- Knowledge of recruiting technology and proven ability to recommend sourcing strategies, preferred.
- Strong multitasking, project management, and relationship-building skills with experience in a dynamic, high-touch environment, required.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
