Our client, a leading construction management company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their NYC team. This role will provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in the HR service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong HR foundation with direct experience in unionized and construction environments, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in construction, required.
- Direct experience working with unionized workforces, required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong judgment and follow-through.
- Proficiency in HRIS, experience with UKG a plus.
The salary for this role is $90k-$110k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
