Our client, a leading global events company, is seeking an experienced Benefits Associate to join their team. This role will work closely with the Benefits Administrator, People & Culture, and Payroll teams to support the administration and maintenance of the company’s employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employee benefits, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high data accuracy. Key Details:
- 2+ years of HR experience, required.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms, required.
- Experience with specific employee benefits, such as Group Personal Pensions, Private Medical Insurance, and Group Risk scheme, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, preferred.
The pay for this role is $32-$40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
