Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a results-oriented Compensation Analyst to join their NYC team. The role will support compensation benchmarking, Workday Advanced Compensation administration, and the annual compensation planning cycle while partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and process improvements. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of compensation experience, including Workday Advanced Compensation, required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (comfort with Vlookups and pivot tables; macros a plus).
- Experience supporting global employee populations, strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is $85,000 to $115,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
