Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking an accomplished recruiter to join their high-performing Campus Recruiting Team in New York City. This role will focus on full lifecycle recruitment for the firm’s internship programs, designing and executing sourcing strategies, and advising hiring managers throughout the search process. - Bachelor’s degree with strong record of academic achievement, required.
- 5+ years of lateral and/or early recruiting experience within an in-house and/or search firm environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for intern or entry-level roles, across diverse business, investment, or technical groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The base salary for this position is $175-225k per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
