Our client, a non-profit environmental conservation industry, is seeking a Contract Benefits Coordinator to provide coverage during a parental leave period from mid-October 2025 through March 2026. This role will support day-to-day benefits administration, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries to ensure the seamless coverage of operations. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration and employee support, required.
- Experienced in HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Comfort handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
The rate for this position is $30-$37/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
