Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join their team for a six-month contract in Princeton, NJ. This role will oversee recruitment, manage relationships with external partners, and provide comprehensive HR administrative support. This role will drive full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top talent in technical and corporate functions. - Bachelor’s degree with strong record of academic achievement, required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience required (professional service experience strongly preferred in addition to 3+ years of corporate recruitment).
- Collaborative skills to provide value added consultative service.
The pay for this role is $35-40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
