Our client, a national life insurance advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join their growing People & Culture team. This newly created position will partner with leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals, build proactive talent pipelines, manage full cycle recruiting, and support special projects across HR operations. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including exposure to university/early-career hiring and seasoned hires.
- Experience in small financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment best practices.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
The base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
