This newly created position will partner with leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals, build proactive talent pipelines, manage full cycle recruiting, and support special projects across HR operations. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including exposure to university/early-career hiring and seasoned hires.
- Experience in small financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment best practices.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
The base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
