Our client, business consulting organization, is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide parental leave coverage from late October 2025 through April 2026. This role will oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and onboarding, while partnering closely with leadership to support a dynamic, collaborative workplace. - Bachelor’s degree required, HR certification a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within Financial or Professional Services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Motivated high performer with learning mindset and ability to work well within a matrix organization.
The pay for this position is $40-$55/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
