- Bachelor’s degree required; law or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of HR, talent management, or people advisory experience, ideally within a global professional services or legal environment.
- 3+ years working across regional, global or remote cross-border teams.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management, communication, and change management skills.
- Collaborative, strategic, and hands-on approach to solving people challenges.
The salary for this position is $129,600-$210,600.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
