Our client, a global real estate development client, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support increased hiring activity due to company acquisitions. This two-month temporary assignment will focus on managing full-cycle recruitment for property-level and corporate roles within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within residential real estate or hospitality, or from a staffing agency.
- Professional presence suited to a high-profile assignment.
- Proficiency with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
The rate for this position is $45-$50/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
*This is a remote position that may require going onsite 1-2 times during assignment.
