Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an Associate Director of Compensation to join its Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to manage the company’s entire compensation function, including the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a compensation expert with experience managing long-term incentive plans along with designing and administering broad-based and executive compensation. The salary for this position is $200,000-$210,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
