Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join its growing U.S. operations based in Midtown. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the senior HR leader for the Americas, overseeing all human resources functions while partnering closely with international HR teams. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with detailed understanding of US employment laws and regulations, strong employee relations background, and HR business partnership experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience within financial services, experience in smaller or growing financial services firms preferred.
- Experience partnering with global teams and navigating international HR frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments requiring flexibility and initiative.
The salary for this position is $150-000 – $180,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
