Our client, a leading regional bank, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Morristown, NJ team. This 6-month contract position supports recruitment for retail banking positions across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to manage high-volume hiring independently. - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
- 1+ years of recruiting or sales-related experience, required.
- Corporate recruiting experience and/or recruitment experience within a financial institution, preferred.
- Comfort handling a high volume of requisitions and managing relationships with hiring managers across multiple territories.
- Excellent time management, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
The pay for this role is $25-$28/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
