- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience working in financial or professional services organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
The salary for this position is $110k-$140k base.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
