- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of legal recruitment or professional services recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, take initiative, and work independently or in a team environment.
The salary for this role is $154k-$193k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
