Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking Senior Human Resources Generalist/Manager to join their New York City team. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including management-level exposure, required.
- Prior experience working in financial services or professional experiences, required.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cultures.
The salary for this role is $140-$165k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
