This individual will play a key role in delivering technology training, personalized coaching, and adoption support for attorneys and business professionals to work efficiently and confidently in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a strong familiarity with emerging technologies, including generative AI tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field, required.
- 4+ years of technology training, learning and development, or user support within a legal or professional services environment.
- Enthusiastic about legal tech innovation, with a working knowledge of generative AI tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit, or Scribe, preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an approachable manner.
The salary for this role is $110,000-$125,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
