Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an HR Onboarding & Integration Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in New York. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all Staff Professional new hires across U.S. offices and will play a critical part in managing the full onboarding lifecycle, supporting employee assimilation, and coordinating the undergraduate summer internship program. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, strong scheduling and administrative capabilities, and a polished, professional presence suited to a fast-paced, confidential, and client-service-driven environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, required.
- 1+ years of administrative or HR experience supporting onboarding, talent acquisition, or integration in a professional services or corporate environment, required.
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding logistics, HRIS data entry, and complex scheduling.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
The salary for this position is $70,000-$75,000/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
