- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting, required.
- Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools, required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The salary for this role is $95,000 – $125,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
