Our client, a financial consulting firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a remote basis for 4-6 months, with the potential to go perm. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing organization during a period of significant expansion. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for wealth advisors and financial advisors, as well as client development roles, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
- Experience recruiting for financial advisors and wealth management roles, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UKG or similar ATS platforms, preferred.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
