- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting, plus 2+ years of experience managing others, required.
- Experience in recruiting candidates for financial and/or crisis communications, professional services, public relations, or management consulting, preferred.
- Experience in Greenhouse ATS, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
The base salary for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
