- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience in executive search, recruiting, communications, or another fast-paced professional services environment (search experience preferred but not required).
- Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The base salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
