- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a financial services environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
The pay for this role is $180,000-$185,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
