- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of experience in HR coordination or recruiting coordination.
- Financial services experience required.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Calm, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable remaining in a coordinator-level role while building depth and expertise.
The pay for this role is $125,000 – $140,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
