- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or entry-level HR operations role, required.
- Prior experience within financial services or professional services environments, required.
- Exposure to payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems, required.
- Professional communication style and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The pay for this role is $80,000-$100,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
