Our client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their expanding Talent Acquisition function. This is a 3‑month contract recruiting for wealth advisors, financial advisors, and client‑facing sales roles. The ideal candidate will have deep experience recruiting for licensed financial professionals and thrive in a high‑growth, collaborative environment. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 7+ years of experience recruiting wealth advisors, financial advisors, CFP and/or Series 65 talent, required.
- Experience hiring for sales or client development roles within financial services, preferred.
- Strong understanding of advisor pipelines, certifications, and industry requirements, required.
- Experience with UKG, preferred.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple requisitions, required.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
