Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Contract Benefits Administrator to join its Human Resources team in New York City for 3-6 months. This role will lead end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs during a transition period and is critical to ensuring continuity, compliance, and a high-touch employee experience. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of hands-on benefits administration experience, required.
- Financial services or professional services experience, required.
- Experience in matrixed or lean environments, preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements, required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The pay for this role is $40-$58/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
