Our client, a fast-growing tech start-up, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Senior HR Director to join its leadership team in New York City for 3-6 months. This person will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling people operations during a period of transformation, leadership transition, and systems implementation. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, required; HR certification, preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally at the Senior Director, Head of People, or VP level, required.
- Hands-on experience implementing to a PEO and HRIS platform; Rippling experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end people operations, including payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and compliance, required.
- Exposure to large-company best practices with hands-on experience in a small or high-growth environment, preferred.
- Proven ability to operate independently in lean environments, establish credibility quickly, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and partner effectively with executive leadership.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and day-to-day execution while maintaining a high-touch, people-first approach.
The pay for this role is $65-$100/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
