Our client, a successful fintech organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to oversee the Engineering function in their New York City office. This person will play a critical role in shaping org design, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and employee relations for some of the firm’s most complex and high-impact teams. The ideal candidate brings deep employee relations expertise, strong HRBP experience in fast-paced financial or technology environments, and the ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role, required.
- Strong employee relations background with experience handling complex, high-stakes cases, required.
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or product organizations in financial services, fintech, or tech environment, required.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders in fast-moving, high-growth organizations.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
