Our client, an elite international law firm, is seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist to join their New York City team. This role will support full-cycle recruiting for Staff Professional and internship roles across U.S. offices and will partner closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external search firms in a fast-paced, high-volume professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, required.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing and candidate management, ideally within professional services or agency/search firm environments, required.
- Proficiency with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter, strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate high-volume interviews and manage candidate communications across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Clear, professional communication style and a client-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
