Our client, a real estate company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their growing team in New York City. This role will support a broad range of HR operations, including recruiting coordination, HR systems implementation, payroll and benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented HR professional with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, required.
- 1+ years of HR experience or strong HR internship experience required; benefits or payroll coordination experience a plus.
- Experience in professional services, real estate, or adjacent industry, required.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as ADP or Rippling preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer letter preparation.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on HR environment.
- Ability to work onsite in the New York City office five days per week.
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
