Our client, a prestigious investment bank, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Recruiting Coordinator to support its Lateral Recruiting team. This position will focus on interview coordination, candidate experience, ATS management, reporting, and recruiting operations support, while offering strong exposure to sourcing and long-term growth into a full lifecycle recruiting role. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or HR generalist experience with a strong interest in recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience scheduling complex interviews and managing candidate communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Interest in developing sourcing skills and growing into a full lifecycle recruiting role over time.
- Professional, polished communication style with the ability to interact directly with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work banking hours and thrive in a high-growth, client-facing organization.
The pay for this position is $25-$27/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
