- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of HR Coordinator experience, required.
- Small company experience, required.
- Strong HR Operations background with hands-on exposure to benefits and payroll.
- Comfortable working independently with limited training.
- Polished, professional demeanor; financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, and/or BambooHR.
The pay for this position is $30-$38/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
