Our client, a globally recognized nonprofit organization, is seeking a Contract HR Generalist for a 6-8-week engagement with a strong potential to extend or convert. This individual will partner closely with senior HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, HRIS management, and select talent management initiatives within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, short-term assignment with immediate impact. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, required.
- Strong HR Operations background with hands-on HRIS, payroll, and reporting experience, required.
- Experience with Rippling, required.
- Exposure to international HR and/or global payroll, preferred.
- Ability to operate independently and add value quickly in a lean HR team.
- Exposure to AI tools in an HR or business context.
The pay for this position is $36-$38/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
