Our client, a well-established asset management firm based in New York City, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join its growing team. This newly created role will serve as the firm’s first dedicated HR professional, supporting a wide range of human resources operations including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, payroll and benefits administration, recruiting coordination, and HR compliance support. The ideal candidate is a polished and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment and is comfortable working independently in a small organization. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR operations, HR coordinator, or HR generalist capacity.
- Experience working with HRIS systems; ADP experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information.
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
