Our client, an investment bank based in New York City, is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join its Human Resources team. This role will support the firm’s campus recruiting efforts and play an integral role in managing the full lifecycle of analyst hiring, including candidate pipeline management, campus engagement initiatives, interview coordination, and recruiting event execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment where managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders is essential. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting in a financial services environment, required.
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication, required.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse and/or Handshake preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, university contacts, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage logistics for high-volume interview processes, including coordinating Superdays and recruiting events.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively amid shifting priorities and urgent requests.
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
