Our client, a global technology company, is seeking an experienced Compensation Contractor to join its Total Rewards team on a temporary basis to provide coverage during parental leave. This fully remote role will function as the lead compensation partner for the organization, supporting global compensation activities and ensuring seamless continuity across broad‑based and bonus programs. The ideal candidate is confident in engaging with hiring managers and leadership, comfortable providing guidance and pushback on compensation decisions when needed, and brings deep experience supporting compensation programs at scale. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- Prior experience supporting global compensation programs in mid-to-large size organizations, required.
- Proven ability to independently manage compensation approvals and stakeholder conversations, required.
- Advanced Excel skills, required (complex formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Experience with Radford compensation surveys, strongly preferred.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
The pay for this position is $50-$60/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
