Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Recruiter/Junior HRBP to join its Human Resources team in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner functions, working closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders across the firm. The position will play a key role in driving campus and lateral recruiting efforts while also gaining exposure to core HRBP responsibilities such as employee lifecycle support, performance processes, and internal mobility. The ideal candidate has a foundation in recruiting within financial services, is highly organized and relationship-driven, and is eager to grow into a broader HR Business Partner role. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to campus recruiting preferred.
- Prior experience within financial services, required.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and candidate management, required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within an HR Business Partner career path.
The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
