Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Analyst to join its Lateral Recruiting team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will support a high-performing recruiting team during a period of increased hiring demand, providing strong exposure to full-cycle recruiting while assisting with sourcing, candidate management, and overall recruiting operations. The ideal candidate has a foundation in recruiting or sourcing within financial services, is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, required.
- Prior experience within financial services, with familiarity in investment banking or asset management terminology, required.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, required.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
The pay for this position is $30-$35/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
