This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves HR leader with experience supporting technical and corporate functions and a proven ability to influence at the executive level. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting Tech, Product, Sales or corporate functions in health tech environment, required.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Experience driving talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and tell a compelling story.
- Experience leading change management initiatives within high-growth or transforming organizations.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
The base salary range for this role is $160,000-$210,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
