- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, or payroll, required.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel required.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes with accuracy.
- Strong judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner across HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated interest in systems, technology, and process improvement (experience with HR systems or AI tools is a plus).
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
